For three days Via Dafnica, in Acireale's baroque heart just steps from us, turns into a trail of art, craftsmanship and folklore among historic palaces.
La Via del Barocco transforms Via Dafnica — one of the most elegant streets in Acireale's historic centre — into a three-day diffused trail of art, craftsmanship and folklore among 18th-century palaces. The programme includes exhibitions, concerts, guided tours, children's workshops and L'Anello del Ferro, which brings wrought-iron master craftsmen from across Europe to Acireale.
Via Dafnica is just steps from Le Cupole di Aci: you can walk to the event in a few minutes from our apartment in Piazza San Domenico. Book for the dates of 18-20 September and experience Acireale's baroque — by day among the street art, by evening from your own balcony.
