Fiera dello Jonio is the most anticipated September event in Acireale's historic centre: for ten evenings, from 4 to 13 September, the streets around Piazza Duomo fill with stalls of Sicilian craftsmanship, local food and wine, live music and tastings. A great chance to discover the best of Etna and Ionian coast produce while strolling among illuminated baroque palaces.
